About Us

Welcome all of you to 52nd Street. Our goal at 52nd Street Elementary is to improve on a daily basis. Here at our school, we make sure that all students find balance in every aspect of the school experience. We ensure that we provide an environment conducive to learning and challenge them to achieve academic growth through standards-based instruction. The expectations for students to grow as individuals and become productive citizens are high. We provide opportunities for our students to think critically and creatively. We help students learn complex thinking skills using traditional methods with the integration of technology. We also expect personal growth as students interact and learn to communicate with peers. Students are taught to be responsible, respectful and safe.
